Successfully navigate the GS-42 certification process.

From training to application submission, the steps to achieving GS-42 certification, the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS), or points toward LEED certification can be time consuming and resource intensive. In addition to providing the 24 hours of training required under the GS-42 standard, our consulting team offers guidance through all of the necessary steps in the certification process, including:

  • Preparation and submission of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and CIMS documents
  • Preparation and submission of a Building-Specific Green Cleaning Plan
  • Review of all documentation required prior to submission of GS-42 application
  • Application submission
  • Development of a Green Cleaning Policy (not required by Green Seal™, but required by LEED O&M as a pre-requisite)
